I feel that sometimes when growing our businesses we get caught up in excellence - almost to a fault. There is no question that as we all work on ourselves and our businesses we should be striving for excellence! However if it stops us from moving forward on things that may not be quite “excellent” or perfect today, what opportunities do we miss?
Always continue to look at the big picture!
